Privacy and your data
How we handle your data
This is a static site about pokies and casino bonuses. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no form asking for your name, email or payment details, so most of what you might expect a website to hold about you simply does not exist here.
Information we leave out
There are no user accounts and no login. Nothing on this site asks for your name, address, date of birth, email or phone number, and there is no newsletter sign-up collecting them. Because there is no account, there is also no profile of your play, your spending or your preferences stored by us.
This site does not take deposits and does not process withdrawals. Any cashier, bonus claim or verification step belongs to our partner and happens on their systems under their own privacy terms, which are worth reading before you hand over any documents or payment details. Nothing you do on this site creates a gambling account.
Analytics, cookies and server logs
Like most sites, this one may use analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That kind of measurement reports aggregate behaviour rather than identifying you by name. Cookies, where used, are small files that help a page load and help counts stay accurate; you can block or clear them in your browser settings, and the site should still be readable.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include an IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are kept for security and troubleshooting rather than for marketing profiles, and they are not combined with any account, because there is no account to combine them with. We do not sell data about readers.
How you can exercise your privacy rights
The Australian Privacy Act 1988, including the Australian Privacy Principles, is the framework we work to. In short, an organisation should only collect personal information it needs, should tell you why, should keep it secure, and should let you ask what is held about you and have errors corrected. Our starting position is to collect as little as possible.
If you believe something held about you came from this site, write to the editorial desk using the contact route published on the site and describe what you are looking for. We will check what exists, tell you what we find, and delete what we are not required to keep, such as security logs within a retention window. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains how to take a privacy complaint further.
Our partner is a separate business
Links from this site may take you to our partner, whose cashier, bonus terms and account checks sit on their systems. Their privacy policy, not this page, governs what they collect when you open an account, verify your identity or request a withdrawal. Read it before you send documents.
We do not receive your account details, identity documents or payment information from our partner, and we cannot view or change them on your behalf. If your question is about a balance, a pending withdrawal or a verification request, it needs to go to our partner's support team directly.
Keeping your own information safe
Because no account is created here, the main risk to you is not this site but anyone who contacts you claiming to represent it. We will not ask for passwords, card numbers or identity documents by email or message, and neither should anyone else. Treat unexpected requests for those things as a reason to stop and check.
Use a current browser, keep your device updated, and avoid saving payment details in a shared browser. If you gamble, set a spending limit before you start and treat it as fixed. A return figure quoted for any game is a long-run average, not a prediction for your session, and no site can change that.
Updates to this policy
If the site starts using a new analytics tool or adds a feature that collects something, this page will be updated to say so before or when that happens. The page describes current practice, not a promise about features that do not exist yet. Check back if you want to know how things stand.
Questions about this page that are not about a specific partner account can go to the editorial desk. We answer plainly, and where we do not hold the information you are asking about, we will say so rather than guess.
Questions
Do I need to give you my email address to read this site?
No. There is no sign-up, no account and no form asking for contact details, so you can read every page without identifying yourself.
How do I ask for information about me to be removed?
Contact the editorial desk through the route published on the site, describe what you believe is held, and we will check and delete what we are not required to keep.
